In response to the COVID-19 pandemic we have put in several measures to mitigate the effects on our supply chain and keep our employees safe. We have introduced social distancing and one way systems in our fulfilment centre and increased cleaning procedures.

We understand that the pandemic has brought new challenges to every business. We have worked hard over the past few months to bring down our production times to pre pandemic levels.

Production times

Clothing: 1-5 working days

Giftware: 1-2 working days

Mugs: 1-2 working days

Art Prints: 1-2 working days

Please note: Our production times do not take into account weekends or bank holidays.

Shipping

Our delivery partners Royal Mail are working round the clock to keep the country moving. Please allow a few extra days for deliveries to arrive especially in peak periods.
