If your customer has received an damaged or faulty product, we will be able to offer a replacement free of charge.

How to let us know

Please email us at sales@twofifteen.co.uk along with your Two Fifteen order number and any supporting photos.

Our support team will then work out the best way to resolve the situation for you and arrange a replacement. Where a replacement is offered a new order number will be supplied so that you can track the replacement through production and shipping.

When is a replacement not offered

Lost orders caused by an incorrect address provided by you or your customer.

Products where your customer has changed their mind, or would like another size or colour.

Low quality print caused by a poor quality print file.
