Orders that have been received but not yet paid sit in the unpaid order queue. From here you will need to pay for these orders to get them into production. To pay for more than one order at once there is a small checkbox at the top of the page.

If you select this then you will be able to select all of the orders at once. Once you have done this you can use the dropdown menu to choose your method of payment.

Once the orders have been paid they will enter production. We do not start our fulfilment countdown until after an order has been paid.
