You can order samples of any products that you have uploaded to the site.

Ordering samples is an important step in the product creation process as it allows you to try out how new designs before offering them to your customer base. It might be a new design or a completely new product or simply to see how it will arrive with your customer.

To order samples navigate to your saved product section and click on the product you wish to order. Upload your design and select from the available sizes and colours. Add the items to your basket. Once you have added the items to your basket you can checkout.

To make ordering samples affordable we have two discount codes available when it comes to samples.

SAMP15 - This is a one time use code. This gives you 15% off. It is a one time use code that cannot be used multiple times. There is no limit to how many products you can order on this one order.

SAMPLE - This code is designed to be used more than once. You can use the sample code up to 3 times in any calendar month for up to 4 products.

To redeem a sample enter the code during the checkout process in the promotion box provided.

*Please note the sample codes are meant for sample use only. We do not allow you to use the sample code against an order that is being dropshipped to your customer. Accounts which abuse the sample process will have their accounts suspended.
