Artwork should be saved in PNG format and created at 300dpi.

You can either create artwork in high quality format and use that same image across various products manually resizing them in the product creator.

If you are creating artwork specifically for an individual product then you can find the artwork size in the top right hand corner of any product builder window. You should set your DPI at 300.
