My Etsy order hasnt been received by Two Fifteen

Our Etsy integration checks your Etsy store for new orders every 30 minutes.

New orders should be downloaded automatically.

If after 1 hour the order has not passed through to us we ask for you to manually place the order so that your customer does not experience any delay in receiving their product. You do this by manually adding the item to your basket on the Two Fifteen website and checkout using your customers address.

Once the order has been marked as shipped you will receive a shipping notification with tracking details. You will then need to copy and paste these into Etsy and mark the item as shipped.
