How do i track the delivery of my order?

Learn how to track your order with Royal Mail

When an order is placed with Two Fifteen it is dispatched using Royal Mail.

Track your parcel

All parcels sent by Two Fifteen within the UK can be fully tracked. This provides updates from the parcel leaving Two Fifteen to arriving with your customer.

Estimated delivery timescales:

  • UK - 1 to 3 working days

  • EU - 5 to 7 working days

  • Rest of the world - 7 to 14 working days

    **These dates are provided as an estimate. They are not guaranteed delivery dates. Please allow an extra few days for orders due to COVID-19 and Brexit**

International Orders

For international orders, orders can be sent with either tracked or untracked postage method. We offer customers the choice between the two.

For tracked international orders once your item has left the UK, Royal Mail hand it over to the relevant country's postal authority. They deliver it on Royal Mail's behalf and let them know some of the details of your item's journey.

For some destinations you may be able to see more detailed tracking on that postal authority's website. Below are links to the most popular destinations:

We recommend all international orders are sent using the international tracked postage method. Orders sent using the untracked method are sent at your own risk.

Claiming for an undelivered parcel

We ask you to wait 10 working days for UK orders or 30 working days for International orders before contacting us. Royal Mail will declare a parcel as lost if it is not delivered within these time frames.

Once a parcel is declared as lost we will then be able to work with you to offer a replacement or a refund.

We ask that lost parcels are reported within 60 days of dispatch to offer a replacement, after this time unfortunately we cannot offer a replacement.
