When integrating your WooCommerce store to our Two Fifteen website, the orders placed are automatic. This means, that in order for your orders to be fulfilled, you must already have credits in your Two Fifteen account. Two Fifteen begins to process your orders, once payment is received in full.
To add credits to your Two Fifteen account, simply make sure you’re logged in, head to the sales page, enter the amount you would like added to your account and click ‘Buy’.
Please note if your credit balance goes to £0.00, or you do not have enough in your account to cover the cost of an order, then we will not begin to process it. If this ever happens, you will receive an email stating that there is not enough in your account. You will then have to top up your credits and manually go into an order and pay for it.
Find your ‘Unpaid Orders’ tab from the left hand side. If you do have any unpaid orders, they will be displayed here. To pay for these, simply select multiple/all orders, select a payment method ie. credits, PayPal or credit/debit card and click Pay for selected orders.
