What if my customer has entered the wrong address?

If the recipient’s address was entered incorrectly, then you are in theory held responsible. However, as soon as the error gets spotted, then contact us as there may be a chance the parcel may not have left our warehouse and we’ll get the addressed altered for you. If a parcel gets returned to the sender, this in some cases may be you, as you may have already changed this address. If the senders address is still set up as Two Fifteen, then we will notify you and double check the address which you have supplied.
